Don’t Doubt Mamma ($4.20) has returned to racing in exceptional form this time and remains outright favourite in 2015 Sandown Guineas betting markets at Ladbrokes.com.au ahead of Mahuta ($5.50) and He’s Our Rokkii ($7.50).

Will Don’t Doubt Mamma justify favouritism and win the 2015 Sandown Guineas or will one of her talented rivals find the line in the clear?

1st

Mahuta ($5.50)

Mahuta is seeking a third-consecutive black type win in the Sandown Guineas, will need some luck in running from barrier 14 but has been confirmed to be partnered by notable hoop Brad Rawiller and represents great value for money at current odds. Running fourth in an Echuca minor over 1200m on September 25th, the Flying Spur colt progressed to a maiden race win in the Winning Edge Presentations Maiden (1450m) before taking out each of the Listed Gothic Stakes (1400m) and Group 3 Carbine Club Stakes (1600m) most recently.

2nd

Marky Mark ($21)

Kiwi raider Marky Mark has steadily built to the task through two starts so far this time, is positioned well in barrier 2 and arguably offers punters the best value for money at current Sandown Guineas odds of $21 for success or $5.90 to finish in the first three. A Group 1 winner having taken out the Manawatu Sires’ Produce Stakes (1400m) in his homeland in March, the Makfi gelding returned this time for sixth in the Listed Northland Breeders Stakes (1200m) before running fourth in the Group 2 Hawke’s Bay Guineas (1400m) most recently on October 3rd. Having trialled at Cranbourne, Marky Mark appears as though he will relish a mile on Saturday.

3rd

Patch Adams ($12)

Patch Adams produced a monumental turn of foot to finish second in the Carbine Club Stakes and will definitely enjoy the distance of the 2015 Sandown Guineas. Having run fourth in the key form-indicating Listed Pin & Win Stakes (1400m) on September 12th, Patch Adams finished fourth in a Pakenham race over 1400m on September 23rd and fifth in the Group 2 Stutt Stakes (1600m) leading into the Carbine Club Stakes.
